… fans got together and created a new web series, “Star Trek Continues”. This is no fly-by-night operation; my friend Steve Dengler is putting his weight behind it, and he’s funded such shows as “The Guild”, “My Gimpy Life”, and many more. He told me he and the others are doing this for no other reason than love of the show. They don’t make any money from it; they simply want to do it.

The Solar Electric Scooter, an ingenious design by a small southern California startup, will go 20 miles on a single charge. If the day is too cloudy, you can still pull out the battery and plug it in. Its top speed is 15 miles an hour, but the scooter will take you there with tremendous torque, in 3.7 seconds. Better hold on.

Fargo is a simple idea outliner, notepad, todo list, project organizer. It’s an HTML 5 application, written in JavaScript, runs in any compatible browser, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft IE 10. Files are stored in Dropbox, using the Dropbox API. They are accessible anywhere Dropbox is. You can share files with other users, or publicly.
